<p>An organic version of Salvatore Cutrera's cold pressed Primo oil, made from early picked organic Tonda Iblea olives of the Iblea Mountains in southeast Sicily. The Tonda Iblea olive variety shares the same polyphenol genus as the tomato plant, which gives it a wonderful aroma of vine tomato on the nose and and a defined characteristic flavour.</p>
